What payments are accepted?<br />-We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Customers can also use Android Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal which saves time without having to enter billing information. </p> <p><span><a name="2"></a>2. How long is order processing?</span><br /><span>-Orders are processed between 2-7 days, weekends included.</span></p> <p><br /><a name="3"></a>3. What is the SooJin Guarantee?<br />-The SooJin Guarantee is a free add-on for every order we ship out. It is our guarantee of service, delivery and product quality and most importantly your wallet! It gives you 14-Day Order Arrival Guarantee(weekends included) <strong>counted from the day you place your order</strong>. If you don't get your items within 15 days after you place your order then it's all on us! When you receive your items you also have 14 days to let us know if you want to get a refund or exchange, all completely FREE with no questions asked!<br /><br /></p> <p><span><a name="4"></a>4. Is my information safe during checkout?</span><br /><span>-Our checkout system is powered by Shopify which is PCI DSS compliant. This means the security level is equivalent to that used by banks. Shopify is also a publicly traded company. How do I track my order?<br />-All shipped items come with tracking numbers which can be tracked on our website &lt;link&gt;here&lt;/link&gt;.</span><br /><br /><a name="s2"></a>2. Is there a minimum for free shipping?<br />-No minimums! All orders of any amount and any size enjoy free EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping!<br /><br /><a name="s3"></a>3. What type of shipping do you use?<br />-For orders to the USA, all items are sent with DHL Express, and EMS for other countries.<br /><br /><a name="s4"></a>4. How long does it take to get my order after it is shipped?<br />-Orders to the USA  are expected to arrive within 4 days after shipping. Order to other countries generally take 7 days.</p> <p><span><a name="s5"></a>5. Will I have to pay duties anc taxes for receiving my items?</span><br /><span>-Never! And if it happens to be the case, we suggest you to decline the order and send us photo proof to our email: support@soojinstyle.com and we will deal with the charge on your behalf so you can receive the order. We also closely monitor all our shipments so that we will likely have already paid any fees prior to you getting your items if they ever do apply.</span></p> <p><span><a name="s6"></a>6. What if I don't receive items after the expected time?</span><br /><span>- If items don't arrive after 7 days from shipping, we will notify you as we monitor our shipments very closely. We will issue 100% refund if you do not receive it by day 15 counted from the time you placed your order. At our discretion, we may choose to reship you the entire order if some unforeseen circumstances occur that render the shipment unable to get to you.</span></p> <p><span><a name="s7"></a>7. What happens if I don't receive my order and it gets returned?</span><br /><span>-Packages that fail to deliver usually arise from incorrect shipping address that is entered by the customer. When items are returned to us, we will reconfirm with the customer to make sure if the address has any problems. Because we monitor our shipments closely so if we happen to catch something in our tracking system that indicates the address has an issue, we might still be able to recorrect things in time provided that the customer is able to respond to our email alert promptly. Address input error made by the customer resulting in returned package to us requires a flat handling and shipping fee of $30 if the customer wishes for it to be reshipped.</span></p> <p><span>Refunds/Exchanges/Returns/Cancellations</span></p> <p><br /><a name="a1"></a>1. How do I cancel or modify an order after it is placed?<br />-Order modifications and cancellations should be sent to our email: support@soojinstyle.com. Please place order number as part of the message title. Please note order cancellation and modification are only allowed within 12 hours after initial order is placed.<br /><br /><a name="a2"></a>2. How do I return items to get a refund?<br />-Items can be refunded within 14 days from date of receiving the item, <strong>without having to be returned</strong>. If your items do not satisfy you for any reason then just let us know by email with your order number and we will refund your money. No questions asked!<br /><br /><a name="a3"></a>3. How are refunds calculated if I applied a discount to my order?<br />-If the entire order is refunded then of course the total amount that was paid for the order will be refunded. When orders with applied discounts are refunded partially for specific items then the refund will consist of the item price together with the percentage portion of the discount as calculated according to the total number of items in the order. Eg. For an order with 3 items with applied discount of $10, the refund for 1 item will be the item price + $3.33($10/3). <br /><br /><a name="#4"></a>4. How do I exchange or change to different sized items?<br />-Items can be exchanged for another different item or a differently sized item within 14 days from date of receiving the order, without having to physically return anything. We also do not charge or refund any differences if the exchanged item is either lower or higher in price. Every item in an order is allowed to be exchanged only once either for a different item from the same product category or for a different sized item of the same product, Exchanged items are also shipped to the customer with Express delivery.<br /><br /><a name="#5"></a>5. How long does it take for me to receive my refund?<br />-Refunds are processed as quick as possible and once processed, customers will receive a refund notice email. Check in spam if not in inbox. The time for the refund to show up in your account depends on how you paid for your order. Please notify us if refunds amounts do not show up after 30 days.</p> </body>
